Description:Mice are small rodents. Each mouse has tiny, round ears and a long, scaly tail. They are rapid breeders.
ColorAdult mice range in color from light brown, dark brown to dark gray.
Habitat: Mice live almost everywhere around the world. They can live in forests, mountains, plains, deserts, barns and houses.
Life Cycle Breeding occurs throughout the year. Female mice can give birth to a litter of three to fourteen young. They typically have five to ten litters per year.
Type of Damage Mice chew through furniture, walls, floors and electrical wiring. Their practice of chewing through wiring can cause fires. Mice can sometimes carry diseases and contaminate food.
