Description:Moles are small mammals that live underground. They have long round bodies, velvety fur, small ears and eyes. Their front paws are strong and adapted to digging underground tunnels.
Color:Moles range in color from gray to taupe.
Habitat: They dig burrows and tunnels in dry areas.
Life Cycle:Moles only mate once a year. Their litters usually produce two to six pups. They can live four to six years.
Type of Damage:They can tear up lawns, livestock's grass feed, flower beds, plant roots and destroy drainage systems. Moles also create tunnels in gardens and lawns
